Any automatic suspension imposed for a player receiving a red card, accumulation of 5/10/15 cautions or being sent to the sin-bin twice in the same match, will commence seven days from the date of the offence. The onus is on the player and club to ensure the suspension is served irrespective of whether the paperwork or Whole Game System notification has been received or not.
