Please contact Essex FA with details of the two FAN records and we will de-duplicate the records. We will need the player's name and their date of birth as a minimum requirement.

Details can be either sent to a member of the Governance Team or by calling the office on 01245 465 271 and selecting the 'Governance' option.

The process will take 48 hours to complete.
