If a player’s date of birth or gender has previously not been set, you are able to amend this data from the 'Player Registration' tab within your club's record on the Whole Game System. However, if the data has previously been set and is incorrect then you will be required to contact Essex FA to resolve.

Please contact a member of the Governance Team with the player's FAN record and any details than need amending. When amending an existing name or date of birth, we will require to see a copy of an official document with the correct information.
